1. Eligibility 

This promotion is open only to legal residents of Michigan, age 18 or older. Employees, agents, representatives of Clear View Insurance, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or marketing 

agencies and their immediate family members-are not eligible. 

2. How to Participate 

To qualify for a referral reward: 

The referred person ("Referee") must complete an eligible auto, home or life 

insurance quote during the promotional period. 

The referring person ("Referrer") must submit the referral either through 

clearviewins.net, through a licensed Clear View Insurance agent, or by having the referral contact the agency directly. 

3. Gift Card Details 

• 

No purchase necessary. 

Gift cards (up to $35 for the Referrer) are awarded after validation of the eligible 

quote. 

Cards are delivered via mail within two weeks. 

The type of card (Visa, Amazon, etc.) is determined by Clear View Insurance. 

4. Eligible Quote Requirements 

Quotes must be: 

• Complete and accurate 

Submitted directly to Clear View Insurance via authorized channels Not duplicated or fraudulent 

5. Limitations & Restrictions 

Offer valid only in Michigan. 

Referrers may submit multiple referrals, but reward limits may apply. 

Gift cards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. 

Clear View Insurance reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any 

time. 

6. General Terms 

By participating, you agree to these terms. Clear View Insurance reserves the right to verify 

eligibility and withhold rewards for any misuse or suspected fraud. 

Void where prohibited by law.
